Before you visit us
Important information
Appreciation is important to us!
We want to provide you and your child or teenager with the best possible support and care. It is important to us that we take your worries and concerns seriously and work with you to find solutions. Our work therefore requires a high degree of empathy. We also offer you expert support, with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
We therefore ask you to treat us with respect, and to show trust and openness, as it is only with your help that we can understand your concerns and symptoms within the context of your family situation and draw up a treatment plan.
Please read the instructions on the registration form carefully and bring the following documents with you to your first appointment:
- Your child’s health insurance card (if you present this card, you do not need a referral from your paediatrician or GP)
- Completed registration form (if not already sent to us by post or email)
- Yellow investigation booklet
- Maternity record
- Findings from previous assessments (hospitals, specialist paediatric centres, paediatricians, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists)
- In the case of separated parents with joint custody, we require a consent form from the parent who is unable to attend the interview
- Please come together (if possible) – both parents – to the introductory and final appointments
Please also note the following:
- Please keep to your agreed appointment times! We have set aside this specific time for you, which helps us avoid long waiting times. If you are late, this reduces the time we can spend with you. We may need to arrange a new appointment.
- Please do not send your child if they are ill, but do let us know in good time if this is the case. We will arrange a new appointment for you.
- There are no parking spaces available at the practice. Please use public transport (for directions, see Contact).
